I was told by some guy on the chair last Saturday that ON3P doesn’t own the artwork for pillow fight, so there’s some sort of licensing involved.

That is not the case - just not a fit for where we see the custom program moving forward, so they've been more or less retired for a few years now.

I could see it working if they did a male + female pillow fight, probably on the same ski (cause equality) but the objectification of only women on skis would be problematic for the brand.

The “Hide Your Daughters” topsheet was given a extremely limited run of one 191 BG, mainly due to our models impressively luxurious chest hair and halfhearted attempt to conceal his nipples.
