I did not get to go out on mine this past weekend after all sadly, so no input from my end. I doubt I will get to use em this coming weekend too. We've had a couple of big storms move through, so lots of fresh = wider sticks
I do agree with the longitudinally flex comment above though - the 96tis are ever so slightly rounder than stock w96, were neither of them are anywhere close to w88s stiffness wise.
I think both will be awesome, but I think that the ti version will be seriously hard to beat as a surprisingly versatile resort rocket.
Also, I doubt wrens + ti + longest length ski is made every other day over at ON3P, so perhaps it is best to err on the side of caution and just buy them while they are in stock

First day out on the C&Ds
Stoke — every element I love about the goats in a wider platform that is even more playful in soft snow!

Yup, that about sums the C&D's up nicely. Incredible pow ski.

Now that is how you detonate PTEX — Ullr is pleased!
I’m saddened.

Sorry, I didn't meant to imply that. I should have made it more clear that I was lumping all of my base preferences into a single post.
BTW, I get the marketing benefit (green base). I find it just makes repairs that much more difficult to see for my old eyes, and makes resale of well patched skis less attractive.
When I get spansered and people want to see the ski brand on my base when I'm pulling a back flip, I might change my tune ;-)

Finally got to see what all the fuzz was about. What an awesome ski. Wind affected snow and heavy wet stuff has never been easier. Super predictable and the tails seem to release as if they're hardwired to your brain. Can't wait to get them in some real pow. 10/10!
PS: how do I change my stupid username?

nice!
My first thought was "poor rock".
Turns out that my new home resort and BGs are a very, very good match. Forgot about both wren114s and woods116s that were in the car awaiting their time to be tried High praise from me, who historically is slow to catch on (and have not jived 100% with past Goats I've been on).
And my apologies - wish I brought my wren96x2. Using the last hour to gain a first impression of them should have been what I did after my legs were gone and then some Alas
