If your rig is cool enough, women come by and attach their panties with their phone # written on them and it after a while it looks like a vegas tibetan prayer flag.

    Lol

The funny thing to me is that when dudes spend a lot of time and money making their ride more customized...it ends up attracting more interest from men than women.

Same goes for home improvements with females.

    We really are silly animals.

Took a Raptor in on trade for 69k that I sold for 61k 6 months ago. It'll bring 73-74k at the auction. 2019 with 25k miles and a MSRP of 73k. Wild.

Yeah. My trade in was a 2018. Paid $54k for it, 3 years later with 64k miles, they gave me $47k, and sold it for $56k.

Looked up what my 1 yo Tacoma would get at Carmax. They offered basically what I paid for it. Might do that and buy an old beater truck. New trucks stress me out.

Did the same with my 2017 w/ 60k miles and got an offer that’s 4 grand less than I paid 5 years ago. I don’t want an old beater and don’t want a car payment and tax hike, so I’m gonna keep it.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

    Trucks.

My lease on my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins came due after 5 years. My buyback was $30k. It's a Megacab Laramie with 35k miles on it. I broke several traffic laws on the way to the bank with the check. First time I've ever had equity in a car after a lease.Click image for larger version.

I could trade my 2017 F350 with 60k on it for a brand new f150 lariat and lose a grand total of $4k since I bought it. Since I no longer tow anything heavy consistently, I've been considering it. Problem is, I love that truck.

I am disappoint. That would be about the least redneck thing ever. You've got a image to uphold. Go buy a mini ex or something for fucks sake.

Thing us, my street cred is safe because my plow truck is an old 97 7.3L F250 flatbed ranch truck, AKA "Otis". He's got a bobblehead Jeebus on the dash and a Bodhi/Utah 2004 Ride the Wave bumper sticker, so you know he's legit. He doesn't always start and can cause permanent hearing loss but he's a workhorse with mad cred.

Yeah, I know. Mostly to pull the camping trailer and drive the band to Sun Valley. Otherwise it gets groceries and takes me to the Bird. I have a work car so mostly it just sits.

Truck nutz would keep the world spinning here.

Bought a ‘19 Tundra in late ‘18. KBB and Carmax is telling me my trade value is what I paid new with 25k on the odometer. Then checked local Craigslist and there is nothing even close for sale used. Weird times....

    Trucks.

I just picked up a ‘18’Ram 1500 Sport Night package, loaded with low miles right before the truck prices went crazy, whew. I was fueling up the other day across the street from our local Dodge dealers used lot when a salesman pulled up to fuel up. He came over and offered me 6k more than what I just paid, crazy indeed.

Why are truck prices so high lately? Trying to understand the covid tie-in here, but failing.

Chip shortage so new trucks built waiting on chips. Remember when cars didn’t have iPads for dashboards?
