Yea Tyrolia's were given brand new. Also they still look new, and don't look like they were used. Shipping isn't included, but should be $5-10 if your in the states.

Cast plates are an extra set. I am currently using my setup and have no complaints.

To confirm the Tyrolia Demos have the movable toe and heel plates. I've seen those bindings listed as demos with just the heel plates.
