Thanks for all the stoke. Glad to see that I got the reaction I was hoping for: nervous, humorous, just fucking go. I've always wanted to work Pink Floyd into a video, and this one just came to me at the last minute.
The helmet cam was not really working the rest of the day, but I let it dry and have since used it, seems to be ok. Props to Viosport 3.
I did not know the patroller who was next to me. I did not see him ski it while I was collecting my yardsale.
I was OK and pretty amused with myself afterwards. Crash was caused by the transision from avy debris back to pow. Next time I'll stick it!!I'm back.

Love this one. Bump
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

That's actually some of the best non-pro approach/warmup/helmetcam/action segments I think I've even seen. Cheers!

This is all well and good, but somebody needs to tell this Dwanis dude to post more stuff or we will hate him.

maybe the video didn't really do this justice, but it really didn't look all that scary, in fact it looked fun as shit, nothing more.

Yeah - what everyone else said. Very, very cool. The viewer can feel the acceleration. Music is lined up perfect, and re-creates the whole headspace of traversing the knife-edge, knowing all the while what you are about to do. Like marching forth toward the dragon's den. I love that feeling of knowing what you are about to do, that it may not be a good idea, and knowing that you are not backing down.
Chocolate? This is doodoo, BABY!

That was awesome, though making some turns would help you control your speed.
