Couple of years back they screwed up and put cheaper heavy items on top of some more expensive light items in the same box. Had to send the light items back, they were crushed as fuck. Somebody had to eat about $300. Now I feel bad but still, was I supposed to keep the broken stuff? In the long run they would have saved money using two boxes.

Ordered a Viair 400 tire air compressor. Received the RV version (almost $100 higher cost) with two hoses, auto shut off and a couple other attachments. FTW.

It's amazing how bad they are at packing boxes. I mean, they ship everything, how can they suck at it so bad? In a normal world it would knock their stock price down.

I scored this year, ordered a $5 pair of earbuds to leave at my office, and received some active noise cancellation jobbies instead. Should be able to flip them for enough to buy a new shell. Not Amazon, another big e-tailer that I don't have a particularly good relationship with so...

PM me if you're looking for some noise canceling ear buds

I love them, sometimes. I live in Maui and freight can be insane, a few years back by home theater sub died, started making weird noises in the middle of the night. I looked all over the web and the freight was $150+ Found a great polk sub weighed a ton came in 3 days free shipping.

I'm not entirely sure but it sounds like it took the submarine 3 days to deliver something?? That's outrageous!

    That's genius and amazing.
