I think SP needs to firm up this deal a bit - like how is she going to pay the rent when he's out of town. I think he needs to have a "rental manager" who can pick up when he's not available. Or maybe just a long list of all his friends in the tahoe region...

Oh my goodness gracious. I'm crying here. This is classic.
As I am reading this a woman from a real estate company is measuring our office in every way possible. I kid you not she may be this woman's twin. Huge boobs, every time she bends down to measure I'm seeing the same rack from page one. Her perfume is taking over our whole 4400 sq ft space. Almost surreal...
Keep her on the line Punani!!!!

For some reason SuPu's e-mail conversation reminds me of this:

She's been falling for this for years now. Great work
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Of course it goes without saying that this thread is considerably better.

Helllooooo
I have not heard from you. I really would appreciate a nice person to look after my Tahoe cabin when I'm out of town since all my friends seem to do is run out of control and trash the place with constant parties. I'm even considering the inclusion of a monthly allowance in the deal if I find a person with the right fit (such as a DD ).
Hope I didn't scare you off. I don't bite....hard.

Problem might be that Cody will fly into SF and then Santa Cruz, and not be back at his cabin after Costa Rica. I could find out. It's up to SP though.
