Pajamas- great pics. Wished I could have made it. looks like you guys were having fun even with the dry conditions. Looks like you were on snow close to the car ? was that final N.face to the lake skiable?
Echo the comments above - I've never seen Mt. wood look so dry except for maybe October or july
Miracle March !!!
(or it may be a year to do another volcano road trip through the PNW instead. Hopefully not )

Drove down and camped in DV last week. On the way I shot a some photos. Here's a few of them.
Mtns behind Bridgeport. Taken from the back side of Bridgeport Reservoir.
Mt Gibbs.
Mt Wood. If you zoom all the way in you can see a ski track & a snowboard track in the main bowl.
Mammoth holding more snow than it has all winter.
Bloody.
Mt Tom.
Right to left-Basin Mtn, Mt Humphries, Mt Emerson.
Turned off on HWY 168 to head for Eureka Valley. This is looking back towards Big Pine.
It was a beautiful drive and a great time to be out in DV as well.

Haven't checked first hand, but I'm told they're plowing Ebbett's. If that's the case, I would imagine they're plowing Sonora.

I saw reports/a pic on FB of Sonora still being closed coming from the West side right after Kennedy Meadows and Google maps has it marked as closed. Anyone confirm or deny?

This was Wednesday. CalTrans doesn't show it closed currently that I can see.
