Dyna Radical boot -stiffer tongue?

So, I have this friend ( I swear it's not me!), who has a pair of Radical boots from last year, which she likes enough, and she doesn't want to shell out a bunch more $, but they aren't stiff enough for her. Does anyone know if there is a stiffer tongue she could substitute, that wouldn't require too much fiddling? It is the women's version, if that makes a difference.

You could start with this, dunno if it works with the radical version tho. Ive tried it with my mercurys and worked nicely.

If I had a pair of Radicals that I wanted to make stiffer I'd swap the liners for Intuition Powerwraps. Admittedly that doesn't really meet your friend's criteria for not having to 'shell out a bunch more $'.

I appreciate the responses so far, but not what I was hoping for. Does anyone know if there are stiffer tongues that could be substituted with minimal surgery?
