Too many sandwich options

On burgers, I like mayo, ketchup, and mustard all stirred up together.
On a Reuben, or similar type grilled sandwich I spread a thin layer of mayo on the outside of the bread and grill it. Turns the bread nice and golden and crispy, and doesn’t taste all mayoy when it’s done.

I have Mustard in the fridge both dijon and with the big seeds but no Mayo so that answers the question for me
First recipe I tried from Jaques Pepin the renouned french cook called for a couple squirts of Ketchup so i figure if its good enough for Jaques its good enough for meLee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know
