I read in one of the news articles that it had been under constant monitoring for quite some time. Fixed surveying lasers, etc. When it really started shifting a couple days ago, a team of geologists went up there to monitor it and keep it under 24/7 video coverage. It fell down within 2-3 days of them going up.

Probably some good luck that it happened during day light too. Full screen you can see some major pieces making some major impact. The biggest one that spun out to the top/right was HUGE and seemed to end abruptly in an explosion of black. The other large one tumbling down more to the left, took a longer ride and looked like it was getting close for comfort for the property down below. Must have been awesome to see and hear in real life.
