    I saw those big squeeze bottles of chickfila sauces yesterday at kings and almost picked some Polynesian but I made some guajillo lime ranch instead. It did not suck.

    We also opened a new ham the other night. Got it from Father's Country Hams with about 6 months on it, then hung it here for another 6. Cleaned up well, and pretty tasty.

    necessity is the mother of invention. FWIW, the American hams are cut shorter at the shank, so a standard (expensive) one won't work.
