Arroz con pollo and some buckwheat chocolate cake. Will pretty the cake up with some powdered sugar when I serve it.

Not best pic but wife is doing scallops and prawns multiple ways. Up first is scallop ceviche bitches!(with jalapenos, sriracha, and infused olive oil). All while watching hockey. Happy Valentine's. Cant wait for the rest.Click image for larger version.

Tonight did not suck. More braised ribs, with a decent (lol) red.

I like this style of eating. Wife is doing a new dish every intermission of the AVs game.

    Pic1- steamed spot prawns

    Pic2- spot prawn roe

Pic3- scallops in brown butter with a touch of truffle salt.

More prawns and prob a desert course of more ceviche.Click image for larger version.

The one from buck buck moose.
I use 1-1/2 lbs venison (15% porkfat version). Took about 10 min longer to finish cooking with the foil off. Also, I mixed 2 eggs in and mixed all the cheeses together. Harder to spread, but worth it.

It's just me and Ms Middle .. Made dinner, my leftovers for the week, and a good bit to freeze.

    Highly recommended.

Thanks. Pretty damn easy, link for inspiration:

I omit the thyme and oregano and use less garlic. (might sound crazy but if you're using a half decent wine and a good stock this will have loads of flavour. Definitely go with the rosemary though, so good with beef.)
