Just came here to post that. Think I'm gonna pull the trigger.

Anyone in here like Mark Weins the YouTube food travel guy? Been hooked on his channel lately.
Make sure you add this to your cart as well... I bought it and has great tips and recipes...

Looks hard to light with a lighter if the electric sparker breaks too.
Other than that, looks like a real fun toy.

Think I’ll take action on this. In comparison to camp chef- similar quality but perhaps a little more care initially on seasoning surface??

Cascade, for the money the Blackstone is a no brainer... I love my Campchef, but 3 of my buddies have the Blackstone and I have used it as well and it does a great job cooking... The main reasons for me picking the Campchef were due to it being a little bit sturdier, you can light each burner individually where with the Blackstone you have to light them in order and the grease pan on the Campchef was def a little better laid out... However, at the time I purchased mine both were priced the same so with the Blackstone being priced at $209 makes it an easy choice...

Preciate it man! Are there mandatory accessories I’ll need in order to be a boss on the blackstone?

If your flattop will be exposed to the elements than a cover. Also, it was recommended to me and are invaluable, but two large cooking spatulas and than two squeeze bottles that will hold water and oil that will be used to clean the cook tip and keep it lubed and stick free. I also included a link to a cookbook that is by far the best I have found that is extremely helpful in providing pointers and has killer recipes that I would never have imagined cooking on the flattop.

I blended a couple handfuls of spinach and a few cloves of garlic into the masa water, then mixed it up and let it hydrate like you would for normal masa dough. Then I oiled a sheet pan and pressed it out until it was all about 1/8 of an inch thick. Put the sheet pan straight on the grates of the grill with all burners on high until the bottom browned, which took about 10 minutes. By then it was cohesive enough that with a deft touch I was able to flip it and let the other side brown. Cooled it on the rack. Pretty tasty, sort of like a corn pita.

Kind of obsessed with Masa and nixtamalized corn lately. Good corn tortillas and well-made grits are things of simple beauty.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

Pickled radishes? Man. Pickled Farts in a jar. I tried making them once and was put on notice by the family.
