    Now that's a hibatchi. Real nice. I generally don't bbq steaks but that grill looks pretty serious.

    Ya, I'm a reverse sear guy, myself, but it did NY strips to perfection. The thickness of the cast iron grill bars makes it like you're half cooking in a cast iron pan and half grilling it. Nice little unit to have in the quiver.

    Threw this together last night. Boneless chicken thighs and legs, with a lemon/dijon marinade, some onions, garlic and eggplant, and rice. Absolutely fantastic and brain dead simple.
