    Great looking stuff above! My first attempt at no-knead bread (from Rat Flu thread) came out amazing. I've avoided baking forever cuz it always seems so fussy and results inconsistent. Not gonna buy bread anymore. This was real bread, no hassle.

    Andouille from Costco. No Chorizo around here. It's not ideal but works in the paella. I grilled the extra.

    Started the pan with spicy pork sausage and fresh soffrito then added rice, cauliflower, asparagus and peppers in with a quart of homemade chicken stock for something vaguely resembling paella. So good!
