you're already subscribed. Beast was done in the smoker at 250. Wanted to do it at 225, but lost some time due to a pellet feed issue and had to post the temp a bit to meet the timeline. For Yorkshires use the Neiman Marcus recipe. Enjoy muthahfuckah!

Why do the Scotts wear kilts? Because sheep can hear a zipper a mile away.

Okay, you’ve got some issues to deal with. It’s too bad your sobriety doesn’t improve your anger issues. Happy holidays!

Did a rib roast like many others, so don't need to add more pics of big pink meat.

    However,

Just got myself hooked on bone broth. 48 hours in the slow cooker followed by a fat freeze off makes a warm drink better than any soup or tea I've ever had. Making about 2 batches a week at this point.

Does calling it bone broth make it taste better than calling it stock?

I like to cook, but I keep it pretty simple. Today, I received a box of assorted chili/pepper flakes as a gift. While I am comfortable with Ancho and chipolte flakes, I don't have that much experience with Nora, Aleppo, Urfa or Gochugaru flakes. Anyone have any thoughts, knowledge or experience they can share
