I did orzo last night with a turkey stock that I turned into a sweet onion soup. Grated some oaxacan cheese in the bottom for a french kiss. So good.

Shakshuka for breakfast. Haven't heard of it? Neither had I, but it's awesome and easy.
Chop up half an onion, some green pepper, celery, green onion, garlic and hot peppers. Fry in olive oil, adding some cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper later on. Once soft, add in a can (~14oz) of crushed tomato. When the tomato begins to simmer carve out a couple gaps in the mix and crack open an egg into each one. Add a couple spoonfuls of water and cover to poach the eggs. Once egg is firm to touch, sprinkle feta cheese and chopped parsley and cilantro over top, and it's done.
