    TR: Kokanee Glacier Cabin, BC

Better late than never. Took this trip with gramps, jongchrist, _Aaron, my buddy Adam and 12 other acquaintances/friends in March of 2015. At low elevation most areas in BC were having a rough year. Up high it was marginally better. Everyone drove up to Nelson and we stayed a night at the Dancing Bear Inn before staging for our heli flight the next morning.

Started out drizzling and wasn't looking like we would fly

    Still shit weather

Even the avi dog is doubtful

Canadians fly in said shit weather

    Heading towards the valley

First peak of what's in store

    The accommodations were not lacking

We brought a metric shit ton of beer

Killing time the first night, playing chess, hydrating, life is good

_Aaron digging a pit our first day out. It rained up high but then snow started to fall. About 8 inches on top of a stout rain crust

Adam making some turns for the camera

    _Aaron airing it out

    Didn't end so well

_Aaron getting high in the Alpine, one of the two days we could get up high

    Adam

    Posing at the top

    Fluted shit

Working my way into a nice coulie from the top

    Twas fun

    _Aaron adding his flare

So much potential, so little time

    Jongchrist pillowing

Continuing to make waves then ride them

    Throwing people

    Milking the last turns

Flying back to town, it was good

    FKNA!!!!
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.
