Looks like the video won't be released soon--thank goodness. What has been seen can never be unseen.

The latest on Kraft: looks like if the video evidence is released, it won't be soon. Law enforcement originally said it could be as early as this week, but a defense attorney filed a motion to block it, putting everything on hold. There will likely be a hearing to decide.

Sources ‘close to Kraft’ reporting he will not admit guilt as part of the plea bargain offer. Can any of you dental esquires explain how that is going to work out positively for him?

From the Hill article above:
‘’A spokesperson for Kraft previously told The Hill in a statement that “we categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity.”

With wide reports of a video being made available to the authorities, I don’t follow what his legal team is trying to accomplish. It feels like, to me at least, admitting guilt in an effort to move along from the being in the headlines constantly is the right strategy. The court of public opinion will still find him guilty if he gets off on a a legal technicality. Maybe he feels like getting off on a technicality will be enough for his fans in NE?

I'm not really sure how you deduced that I'm ok with rub-n-tugs. I merely stated Mr. Kraft was offered the same deal as the other 23 guys that were first time offenders. They all may be rich white guys. I don't know.

I read that. I would've thought with the time, money and manpower invested they would've been more carefull during the execution phase of the mission. I guess Florida is going to be Florida.
