Your reservoir is over full. You need to drain it. This maintenance action is the same for all makes and models.
On the underside of your bull you will see where the leak is coming from, grab with a strong grip and give it a dozen or so spirited tugs and the spigot will appear, a couple more tugs and the reservoir will empty. Your bull will love you forever.

Did you check to make sure your "Cowexist" brand is properly aligned?

Unlikely the head gaskets. I'd look at the rear main seal for any leakage or build up.

I'd recommend trading it in on a German model...perhaps a Limousin(e).
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.
