    App keeps stopping

Whenever I try to search, open a conversation, or start a new one the app stops. This has been happening for the last couple of years and I haven't gotten any response from TGR about a fix!?

^^^ I had that same problem last night. I rebooted and that seems to have fixed it.

If you want action on site problems, start a thread in the main s/s forum, preferably titled with a lot of colorful language. Read Bushmills thread about floating toolbars for an example.

This has been doing it on several phone's and were both rebooted many times. If I could start a thread vi would. I'll be surprised if I can even respond to this!

Been happening for years using the app. Usually on my phone or iPad when I'm switching between pages but can be anyime, which is awesome when I've written my reply and it gets erased

But, but, Dunfee told us to switch to the mobile app for a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE when we bitched about the floating toolbar.

It seems very inconsistent on my android phone.. I assume it's somehow connected with how wide the server room door is being kept open?

I should have taken a picture of all the caution tape that was placed on the doorway after someone closed it again. I keep saying that the door should be physically removed. For the record though, all the website stuff is hosted off-site.

Or you could just go remove the door yourself?

On my Android phone I have not had issues with the app crashing, but the search function hasn't worked at all in quite awhile.

Maybe convert it to a sliding door? I think there's a thread about that somewhere?

Is there still a TGR branded app? Is that what you guys are using?

I use the full on Tapatalk app which is much better. Works pretty good and crashes seem relatively infrequent. Much better than the branded TGR app except for the fact that they update it constantly and move all the buttons and menus around as soon as you learn them which is a real pain in the ass. Nice because you can plug in multiple forums if that is your thing.

Tapatalk... It seems like it frequently has problems connecting to TGR..

It's not my domain. I'm responsible for the colocated stuff.

Have been using Tapatalk on the iphone 5 for a couple years and really no issues. Maybe I got kicked out once or twice and had to re-login. No problems connecting.
