I too have not heard of riding there. Maybe the hiking trails are being turned into riding trails?

MT hell ride was cancelled so I didn't ride last weekend. Got out mon, tues, wed but not yesterday or today. I walked slowly up like 2 switchbacks of the M trail to take those pictures and felt bad afterward.

Lot of shit has blown through tonight so if things seem clear enough in the morning we'll go for it. Can always turn back if things feel bad.

Looks like things are smokey again.

Stanley backcountry has been clear of smoke the last 2 Days. Even the town itself is pretty clear tonite. Locals say enforcement won't start til sept 1. Wilderness signs are up everywhere though, even some really remote spots
