Orthopedic Dr. recommendation in Coeur d'Alene ID

Hurt my knee three weeks ago wake boarding. Sumbitch won't heal. It is strong, but it's sore, esp when I kneel down.(I know, stop doing that)Any recommendations?

For a second there I thought you meant Coeur d'Alene, OH. Thanks for clarifying.

(I bet it's just a bone bruise if it's strong and stable, but what do I know?)

If you need recommendations for orthos in spokane, PM me. Otherwise, there is a Panhandlebackcountry member who could give you a good recommendation for an ortho in Coeurdalene.

Is there swelling/fluid? If so then it sounds similar to what I had, which was bursitis... After 3 weeks of wondering wtf is going on with my knee, I finally got it to go away by taking significantly more than the recommended limits of ibuprofen, acetaminophine, and extra strength voltaren combined with constantly icing it and not bending it/ staying off it for 3 or 4 days.

^nope. Not a bursis. Made an appt. at the Lyman Knee clinic after a few friends I know suggested them. Hopefully no big deal and I can on with training asap.

This, have had several friends go to him. Would be my first choice.
