Im here to stay for good and contribute to the community but would be good to know what the requirements are.

No one is going to give you a straight answer to that, for a number of reasons. First of all, Gear Swap is meant for members of the community. Become one by participating in discussions. It’s that simple. No one wants to give you the formula for you to game the system.
