Tajin Classico???
Anybody use the stuff, and got a favorite thing to put it on?
I've tried it on sweetcorn and watermelon, kindda meh of both, but was a little better on the corn.
Seems the stuff should be great on something?

Waiting for a response as well. I've got an almost full bottle with nothing really to put it on most of the time. I've used it as a marinade enhancer for adobo before, it seemed ok, though it was a little more tart.
Mix it with tamarind in a bowl and use as a rim spicer (like marg salt) for micheladas.

Jicama for the win !!
Cut into french fry type strips and season accordingly.
This was a game changer for our family in the snack dept. What if "Alternative" energy wasn't so alternative ?

Will have to try cucumbers, and never tried jicama, so will try it also.
Fish that usually gets a lime squeeze, seems worth a try.

Cucs.
Also, around these parts you can get these mexican fruit cups at stands. They always have a bottle out as a condiment. Yum!

why not put it on meats as a dry rub? Seems like it would rock on Chicken.

Far too normal.
How about Snickers? Or maybe tapioca?

You could make some of the worst Jello Shooters in history with that too. Be sure to use cheap Mezcal.
