Free Google e-mail with 2 gigs of storage
Does anyone want an invite to Gmail?
PM me with an e-mail address and I'll send you an invite. I think that's the only way in for now as it's still in Beta stage.

2 Gig, I don't want to talk to that many people.
Im using a whole 3% of my 1G account, and that is with archiving damn near everything.
Edit: seems those sneaky bastards gave me 2 gigs now anyway.Last edited by Buzzworthy; 04-27-2005 at 11:29 AM.

Funny. I have 2 GB of storage as well. I never asked for it and I don't know how/when I was upgraded...

weird
So google adds their sponsored links to the right of your e-mail content. It must search the text in your email. I was emailing about a road trip to vermont and the links were about Vermont ski areas...Weird. I read in the help that you can turn that feature off. I like the idea that you don't have to delete or archive locally.

Oh Yeah, I'm the winner! Using a whole 15% of the 2GB, wonder when they added that. And I have 50 invites too.
I should probably change my username to IReallyDon'tTeleMuchAnymoreDave.

I do wish it had more forwarding and pop.3 options to make it more friendly with my Treo 650 but it's really the best emaill system I've tried to date. Very happy with it.Last edited by truth; 04-27-2005 at 06:04 PM.

Hotmail is becoming a pain in the ass, every few e-mails I have to "match the characters in the picture". I saw some way to have my hotmail be directed to Gmail.
Does anyone have Gmail invites left?
Mucho gracias

Yep it does search your email. You've heard of ads by google right? That's what it is, searchs text for keyworks and puts up ads based on what your reading.
