Free Google e-mail with 2 gigs of storage

Does anyone want an invite to Gmail?

PM me with an e-mail address and I'll send you an invite. I think that's the only way in for now as it's still in Beta stage.

2 Gig, I don't want to talk to that many people.

Im using a whole 3% of my 1G account, and that is with archiving damn near everything.

Edit: seems those sneaky bastards gave me 2 gigs now anyway.

You need to start emailing 4MB photos and 20MB videos more often.

Funny. I have 2 GB of storage as well. I never asked for it and I don't know how/when I was upgraded...

"You are currently using 114 MB (5%) of your 2137 MB."

I have 50 invites. If anyone wants one, PM me.

    weird

So google adds their sponsored links to the right of your e-mail content. It must search the text in your email. I was emailing about a road trip to vermont and the links were about Vermont ski areas...Weird. I read in the help that you can turn that feature off. I like the idea that you don't have to delete or archive locally.

Oh Yeah, I'm the winner! Using a whole 15% of the 2GB, wonder when they added that. And I have 50 invites too.
I should probably change my username to IReallyDon'tTeleMuchAnymoreDave.

Someone has been signing up for a lot of porn so it looks.

Edit: Anyone know where the invites go when you switch to basic HTML?

You should have it empty SPAM and TRASH after 30 days...keeps the numbers at around 700 spammers for me at any given time. Very few things end up in the trash, mostly just ads that I actually want to recieve but have no use for expos facto such as airlines and sales rom pataguccia and BC.com.

I do wish it had more forwarding and pop.3 options to make it more friendly with my Treo 650 but it's really the best emaill system I've tried to date. Very happy with it.

It was about a month ago. If you watch, it actually keeps going up. So it's more or less bottomless. There was a little calculator on the main page showing it a few weeks back.

    I heart gmail!

Hotmail is becoming a pain in the ass, every few e-mails I have to "match the characters in the picture". I saw some way to have my hotmail be directed to Gmail.

Does anyone have Gmail invites left?

    Mucho gracias

Yep it does search your email. You've heard of ads by google right? That's what it is, searchs text for keyworks and puts up ads based on what your reading.
