Are you serious? You actually bought stuff from them?

Yup. Not their transfection reagents, but some recombinant proteins. For some proteins there are limited suppliers and Sino happened to be the only game in town. Their marketing arm is in the states and they have labs in China to do the work. Sometimes you get lucky other times you get the shaft. If you get lucky it saved you the time it would take to do it yourself.

Lol a bit surprised to hear the negative experience with Sino, from what I've heard they're alright. Most biological reagents are pricey.
