    Burnie Hut March 7 - 14, 2015

Burnie Hut this year was challenging. It wasn't the blower pow and face shot kind of place that I'd gotten used to over the 10 or so times I've been in there. Travel was mostly good but skiing ran the gamut from fecking awesome to knee wrenching breakable crust, with some boilerplate thrown in (for the ski of doom pitch to the lake). Oh well me,Vivian and the crazy Albertans made the most of it. Ripping hard, drinking harder and filling our gullets to the brim with Monica's epicurean delights.

Another fantastic trip into one of the coolest huts in the world. Put it on your hit list.

Looks like you got enough good weather to make it up the step which doesn't always happen, yeah its big terrain

you know that for 9 years running Rob has signed the guest book for your crew as "the Calgary Rednecks"

we went in april 3rd and the skiing was great pow & corn as things got warm, skied a new route Christoph has been eyeing "the guilty Verdict" gained 5 lbs on Monicas cooking, also stayed in 3 extra days to completely fill the wood shed & close the hut for the season
