I just breezed thru filing w2 or whatever the fuck it's called. These Bitchezz over at taxhawk.com says I gotta pay some 215 to them fed fucks and 90 or so to broke state ?

I only got 1 exemption! Where's my return???

Why don't I get a return?

Why don't they teach this in school, makes no sense? It's magic I guess

1040-EZ for W-2 only income, standard deduction and no dependents
1040A for some adjustments but not full itemization
1040 long form to report all sorts of income per additional schedules

Paying $215 and $90 now rather vs. having the exact same amount taken out in 2014 calendar year and paying $0 and $0 now is not getting fucked. Actually, it's the opposite of getting fucked. Paying too much in withholding thus getting a refund = giving the government an interest-free loan. Arithmetic. Try it.

DD is running on a cash basis here boys. The fact that he could have paid in a few bucks a month all year doesn't matter because now he owes a lump sum to Uncle Sam. He's gotta pay the man now. NOW! And that means he's gotta come up with the ~$300 or they're gonna send the fucking cavalry out to shake his ass down. So, what's he gonna do? He doesn't have that kind of cash just sitting in the hole in his mattress that he humps at night. Where's he gonna get the $$$? The feds will be knocking on his door screaming, "Where's our money, bitch!" at the top of their lungs and all his neighbors will hear them. Evidently you 1%ers don't fully appreciate the gravity of this goddammed situation.
