That spatula placement is really bothering me the more I study this. I’d rotate it, that way you can stack more glasses in there.

Running that spatula north/south like that is a bit of an issue, but overall she did a good job.

Pizza is round because that is the natural shape if you toss the dough, which is the proper way to make it.
