Marzocchi Roco TST Air rear shock - any good?

I am looking at a used bike that has a 2014 one of these. You don't see many of these shocks around. Why is that? How do they compare to other options?

I rode a borrowed one on my Super-D for the 2013 EWS. Very plush, felt like a coil not like my usual RP23.

Boat anchor heavy, but that weight is all the oil that gives it a great feel.

For all out DH I liked it, but would choose something else for regular riding.

I am interested in their new 053 coming in spring. Really leaning towards a 350 NCR on the front and 053 on the back of my next build.
