I'm very sorry for your loss

Wish there was a for sure test for Ovarian cancer so we could prevent losses like yours. Fred Hutch does some work in this area but we need more. Def. a worthy cause to donate to so we can fight this.

Thanks for all the kindness and thoughtfulness. There really are no words.

And also thanks for the hours of diversion, entertainment, and information that this place provides. It helps/helped through the years during times better and worse.

And all the women here, and the ones that the collective knows, be sure to get regular cancer screenings - mammograms, ultrasounds, blood tests, etc. The sooner you can catch a problem, the better the chances. Come to think of it, same for the guys.

    Fuck cancer.

Sorry for yours and your family's loss, Meadow Skipper. Been married for 25 years, can't imagine what you have been through for the last several years. Cancer can suck a dick.

So sorry MS. I've been watching my wife go through this for about 3 months now, hard to comprehend 7 years.

Thanks MS. Not sure if it was clear that he's my hubby. He's been amazing, and is still managing to get out and ski. 💟

Well, that came as something of a surprise. I had no idea. Turns out the internet is a small world.

And again, thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. It's very nice, and humbling.
