Looks greasy to me too. If it's too good to be true, it's gotta be.
I can't find where it says they are rep's samples or anything that would merit the pricing.

No, it is complete BS. It looks a lot like a fraudulent storefront, quietly operating out the back door of a realator's poorly secured website. 10 seconds spent reading the gibberish on their about page will raise more than enough red flags to tuck tale and run.
