    Wasatch - Hiking Empire Pass to Jupiter

    Photos from a couple hikes this week checking out terrain and getting in shape.

    First hike in the morning snow showers after 3 - 4 inches of snowfall the night before.


    Hiking towards Empire Pass. Enough to skin, but not enough to ski.

    A couple days later and a hike in the bluebird.


    What a difference a couple days make.

    Looking forward to a change in the landscape Saturday (Nov 22) into Sunday. If the 6 inches predicted fall, then Sunday morning I will be up on the ridge skinning. See you there.
    EDIT: Seems we got less than predicted and still skin-able, not ski-able. imho. Working Main St.
