How long a pair of Tivas or Birkenstocks last.....that real Vice-Grips are STILL better than their competitors.....that a Kitchen-Aid blender from 1967 is still humming right along as if it was built last week..... my old Series IIA Land Rover impresses me and STILL turns heads (including those of some interestingly hot looking women)....1974 Husqavarna chainsaw still running strong after doing a yeoman's duty whenever called upon - THAT impresses me.

Buy quality, folks. Even if you have to buy 'used' to afford quality, do it...it's the only thing that makes sense.
