There are 3 systems to blow air into that jacket if you are creating retained heat.
    1) pitzips
    2) 2 way front separating zipper
    3) no elastic in cuffs (open velcro and let the air pipe in)

when you are cooled. close it up or leave some open. will work like a charm
Dead on! No need for more than a light base layer and maybe a light second layer unless it's single digs or colder. I wore mine last season from below zero days all the way through spring slush with a short sleeve underneath, it handles it all. Extremely durable and soft fabric but doesn't make a lot of noise and easily handles branch slaps/scuffs without tearing and cleans off well (I have the Yeti white colorway).

Any of the following: Examine/study (r&d), donate, throw away, sell

R&d is especially valuable with regard to wear, wash results, materials deterioration etc and one of the reasons we have very very low warranty return rate

    ok what Makers said^

But I am going to break this down so you know I don't gloss over anyone's questions.

I cannot invest in design and engineering, procure and source fabrics and trim, invest in production machinery, pay labor, pay various leases for storage and operations, give CAIC and TGR some money, and give you a quality garment made with domestic Colorado labor for 30% off retail price and take a trade up to $200. Basically I would be going to all that trouble and expense outlined above and receiving a smelly beat competitor's branded used jacket for my trouble.

I love you guys, but nobody would work for that. I hope that makes sense. mc

On another note, we have changed our credit card processing platform from paypal (where you have to have an account or whatever) to a true merchant account that accepts credit card payments securely and directly. This just went into place last night at about 3am so anyone buying prior to that saw a different shopping cart and checkout. For now paypal is out of the picture.

Where in Denver can I check out the fit? I'll be in town next week and could probably get time to stop by a shop.
    Thanks.

we don't really have much of a retailer base and never one in Denver. we do have a rep running around there that might be able to hook up with you somewhere. let me know if that works with your schedule.

Damn, your jackets have come a long way! Congrats. May have to get on this...

Any plans to make bibs that are long enough for a 6'4 human?

Be careful about buying snowboard goggles for skiing. Snowboard goggles come in right eye and left eye (for goofy-footers) dominant models. This can make it hard to see correctly when skiing because you are facing straight down the hill, not sideways.

    Some close ups
all the Polartec fabrics have grids except the black exterior color jacket

Here's a closeup of the exterior

This is a picture of the interior. Most fabrics have a lively interior color and is accented with contrasting seam tape

Bump... I just got my Antero jacket and holy shit this is nice. I'd put it up there in quality with any big brand jacket I've owned. Killer deal for a great grassroots company!

Less than 30 days. I have been getting some use out of my sample and it is nice
perfect companion piece for our jacket. It is better than a pullover because you
can vent it with the zipper. And, easy to take it off in the field without stripping out of everything plus helmet
colors: 1) lime green, 2) red
