    DAYS OF OUR YOUTH

Great movie. Loved the banter and the story. It will be tough to beat this one.

Coming to a theatre near you.

    Yep!

I enjoyed it as well. Good skiing, fun banter. Not sure it was "great" for a 2 year project.

Definitely +1 on movie, banter & story. Having rode the original The Ski back in the day, at the Butte no less, it hit home............

I thought it was utter shit compared to any other MSP films. Story was weak, featured only 4 or 5 skiers tops, James Heims failed ski in Argentina was a waste of 15 mins. Too many sponsor shots as well. It looks like they had a big budget and got lazy with the cinematography.

Petit is at poor boyz, Twenty is their new flick. He does filming with his crew of homies as well. Supposedly, Tanner has a banger segment this year. Permin is something to watch, but otherwise a little disappointed with Days of my Youth.

I loved it - thought it was great. Cody's line towards the end was crazy and the whole thing tied together very well with the Burns scenes.

I think the consensus seems to be that we'd all like to see more inbounds segments. I'm hoping we get a good snow year (or years) and Gaffney revisits some of the Squaw lines from the early MSP films (although there was some of that in The Way I See It). Paging Huckasoreass...

Yeah, I think the premise of this years flick was great... lacked a few of the standard banger segments. The highlights of the skiing were amazing, the story was great, the middle of the segments weren't just the consistent ski porn people are used to.

Ugh - The Recruitment was awful. Seriously, what a piece of shit. The only redeeming factor is Callum Pettit's segment in the middle... where he's actually skiing.

Yeah, kinda meh on the whole layout. I think I understand what they were trying to do... but it just felt disjointed.

Great movie! There was tons of POW, steep lines, and jumps. There was some inbounds skiing which was easy to relate to, as grskier pointed out.

Liked it, lots of rad skiing, inbounds segment was super fun/still rad and the final line straightline was just fire. Was sad that there was a very limited selection of athletes but the ones in there absolutely slayed it and I have already watched it a few times and will watch more.

I loved it too. MSP keep pumping out some of my favourite movies. You can see the direction ski movies are taking though, full HD, panning shots, heli scenic shots, full porn.

Definitely the on piste bit was the winner for me, easy to relate to which really brings a smile to the face!
