We're doing a thanksgiving ham, I'm in charge of the glaze, does anyone have a good recipe? I usually prefer thick rich glazes, maybe with some brown sugar involved or something?

Stories were told, copious amounts of wine were drank and we made a great meal. Even the puppies left the meal stuffed. I hope you all have as pleasant of a day on Thursday.

And so it begins. You can have the shittiest meal in the world, but if you slather it in a really good gravy, you are good to go.

Roasting off some turkey wings, oxtail, and veg to start a stock.

I think the 2nd most crucial step in any Thanksgiving is to have a solid stuffing. You can eat that mush drenched in the aforementioned shit and walk away full and just fine.

Critical tool, the molinar (if I remember, I'm old) ice axe, converted by me 3 decades ago into an A4/5 weapon, repurposed as the stale bread crusher. You need this in your arsenal if you are going to pull this big move out.
