I heard as part of the deal, Vail Resorts is also exporting some of the I-70 traffic over to Parley's Canyon in SLC. Win-win for everyone!

Next they'll connect the Canyons and PC. And there will probably be some very, every expensive ski in-ski out homes built on the private land up there, look to Beaver Creek's Bachelor Gulch as the model.
