Note that we require video documentation of any and all self-leveling compound escapades.

E.t.a. : 3 bags is barely getting started. The real fun begins around the 20 bag mark. You really want the wave to go across the room and return after you tip over the trash can.

Have you tried a garbage can sized load of self leveler?

Flooring products have unrealistic site condition specs. Level Quick RS is a shitty product. Each Brand of LVP is different regarding how they handle highs and lows. Really the most important thing is to have no ridged or abrupt changes.

I'd knock down the high spots and then works some magic with a stack of drywall shims. It is bit of an art but you got this. I'm assuming it is click together. Lay down a few rows or even loose lay a bunch of pieces in the middle of the room. Then walk on it in your socks with your eyes closed. Looks good, feels good, is good. Sweep the leg and walk away.

adrenalated, understand that any opinion you do not follow may be interpreted as personal insult.
Whatever actions you do in fact admit to taking or not taking will be a clear sign of your deficiency in life.
But if you toss one off in the porta potty, feel free to report back.

Drywall shims. Genius. Thanks Foggy, I think I have a stack left over.

Can I get a stamped engineering drawing approving this?

Yeah, you can just slide them in under the piece perpendicular when a low spot manifests. You can make a nice taper by stacking them together in incremental sizes and them taping them together.

If I listened to everything I was told by people with more experience than me, there would never have been a shed of doom or utility sink urinal in my garage.

Just got told that a pair of small, standard sized, non-fancy fixed vinyl windows are backorder until fall. Could probably get something else sooner, but they won't match.

    So that kinda sucks.

Yeah, its crazy. Marvin's are 8months I'm told. And its normal to not get all your windows these days. A project I just finished on is all the way though cabinets, trim and tile and there are a couple missing.

My spring/summer remodeling schedule is a gigantic house of cards right now. I got my flooring in, but crossing fingers on windows and cabinets (cabinets already blew their first delivery date).

I just installed my last four Marvin windows.

The sticker said 2019 production date. So glad I ordered them and had them in storage.

    Eight months is insane

Neighbor’s shoddy house paint job. Not sure if DIY but really hope he didn’t pay for this.

Yeah they must not have cared about overspray due to painting trim last. I hope.

That pretty low skill with the sprayer but I'm sure they are gonna but the masking and roll out the white sections. Pretty standard production painting move...or I'm missing something.

The trim will likely need remain a light color to contrast the dark blue. I think they fucked up. Gutters too.
