    Grilling season has commenced in Haus Highmen.

    In between the freshets of spring last Friday I grilled up some filet mignon rather than the more usual rib eye or hanger. Just for something else.

    They were tasty.

    Flat iron that was very uniform in thickness, so it grilled very nicely (no reverse seat)
