does russell crowe suck or not?
i don't watch nearly the volume of movies i used to but he seems to be consistently entertaining if not compelling.

Have you seen A Beautiful Mind?
I think most people type cast him but I think this movie shows that he has range in addition to being entertaining.
I prefer him to Mel Gibson by a lot.

Have you seen "The Proposition" with Pearce, and supporting cast, John Hurt, Ray Winston, Emily Watson and Danny Huston among others? Fucking fantastic but very dark movie. The whole movie has this tension to it from the start.

I loved Romper Stomper, it was a quint essential movie for growing up in the punk community.

Russel Crowe in Noah before he chopped his hair = dead ringer for Jer. Same thing with Master And Commander (back when that came out I didn't do any kind of facial hair). I guess he's my doppelgänger or something.
The Proposition is the best western ever.

We all have our stinkers. Mine have mostly been in the bathroom where evidence is easily flushed.
