Thanks man, it's pretty fun there. Didn't really see anyone around but heard some people on the boulders below us once or twice. Maybe I'll pick up the bouldering book.
got some more stoke here if you're into that sort of thing:

I've been meaning to make the drive up to Val-David for years, hopefully I'll make it out this fall. Looks like some sick climbing!

Heading to Arco/Trento area for a few weeks to visit my partner's family. Anyone climbed there before/have any recommendations? Non-climbing fun welcome too!

you'll probably pass a million nice places along the way but this has caught my eye (never been):

Climbing Stoke
some couple beat me after work to ochra on the needle of mont condor after work but i had a chance to do it after, really steep interesting climbing using the arrête to lay back / pinch and fish around for feet.
there are three climbs on the west face. it’s steeper than it looks and pretty smooth. most of this face is bolted.
the laurentian granite can be really smooth, or sometimes have this awesome texture like a golf ball or sea sponge
Françoise boulder with some roped climbs in the back. maybe v3/4 idk
everything has gotten a lot harder since my gym membership ran out lolj'ai des grands instants de lucididididididididi

Planned to do a big alpine route today, but the weather sucks for climbing.....I guess the gym will suffice. Can't argue about the rain though, we need it.

I threw a rope on Lynn Hill once. She was nice about it (as she climbed the 5.12 going up the rap route).
