Outdoorsinxxx.com
Some of you may have seen my post about outdoorsinalaska.com a month ago or so. For those that didn't, I run a website called outdoorsinutah.com. This site has been my hobby for the last 5 years or so, something to occupy my computer time spent outside of TGR.
A few years ago I purchased the domain names for outdoorsin... for most every Western state. (Except for Nevada, got scooped on that one.) When I bought them I really wasn't sure why I did it, it just seemed like a good idea. Throughout the last year or so my wife and I have managed to get all of the sites up in a very raw form.
These sites are all broken down into different categories: Camping, skiing, hiking, climbing, and exploring. I've slowly put together the Utah site with my own knowledge acquired by going out into the great outdoors.
This is the part I've been arguing with myself for the last year or so. For one thing I don't want to appear to be spamming the board. I also don't want to appear to be promising big things for the future.
But, I do know that some folks like to see their words on the internet helping others. I also know that there are perks out there to be had for writings on the internet.
My offer?
If anyone would like to write an article for outdoorsin (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Wyoming) let me know. I need articles on skiing, camping, hiking, climbing, or just all around site-seeing/exploring.
I'll give anyone who contributes full credit for both copy and photographs. I'll also give an outdoorsin(pertinent state).com email address for all contributors. Picture hosting (within reason ) will also be given. Other more tangible goods may be available in the future.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in drop me a line at bob@outdoorsinutah.com.
Thanks, and sorry for the spam,
BobMc

Now what the hell happened to Poppa Woody? We need him back. I bet he'd write some great articles for that site.

I think you two should also register www.outdoorsinxxx.com and populate it with the appropriate content. Cha-ching!
