so where did this happen or is it not in the picture at all

The close call in the vid was on the opposite side of the ridge labeled "Big Lenawee Peak" on the OP's cool photo map. The rider looked to be walking down the ridge skier's right towards some of the lines SheRa describes.

If that were me there's no way I'd put that on the web. I'd be screaming like a little girl the whole time. That was one big ass chunk of snow.
