    Snowbasin Chutes and Ladders Solo

Haven't put anything out for awhile now so here's a quick edit of my runs chronologically one day last week during a solo mission of skiing nothing but chutes at Snowbasin.

Still trying to figure out all the different settings for this new POV cam.

Helmetcams normally make stuff look flat, but that little bit of bouldering toward the end, eeek, dunno about that yikes.

Looked like fun, beyond that bit!

Ha yeah that's definitely not a mellow approach to the chute I skied. But I'm way more comfortable over that type of exposure and was more freaked out about the "almost" dry docking I had on the small air.

The skiing down looked fun, but damn, that climb up was scary.

    Very cool...tight drop at 3:17.

I have the same brim problem with my contour. I haven't figured out how to place the camera to eliminate the helmet profile in the side. Maybe I need to rig some sort of top mount.

    Either way good stuff!

Puckering knife edge. Snowbasin is great, good stuff
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Someone set a bootpack directly up the center of #5 on Saturday.

I took the knife edge all the way out to Coyote years ago. Long trip for a fairly short ski.

Yeah I used that boot pack a couple of times Sunday to ski coyote and the shelf past it. Yes short ski but the main consideration is quality and first tracks over a beat out resort.

    Nice work!
Snowbasin is under-rated and under-visited during the week. Perhaps we should keep that treasure hidden from view.
when not on the snow what else do i do...
