Basin going to be closed tomorrow morning if tweets are to be believed. Don't know if that means late opening, or not at all if conditions persist. Another winter warning 8am Fri-8am Sat.
Personally I am happy for the water.

Also heard of a slide on the Mile. Hope nobody is going out there right now. Jeezus.

If the forecast holds, not for very long.

It's open right now. Not sure it will stay open.

Just saw a pic of non-moving bumper to bumper traffic heading WB.
Bet there are some nervous Nellies looking for the slightest plume in those vehicles.

This, thank you Danno! I would be losing my mind if I couldn't get back to pick up my daughter and feed her dinner. #singleparentlife

After 17+ seasons of living in ski towns, I'm not cut out for I 70 but I tried to suck it up this season. Safe, fun car with snow tires but I'm still a pussy. Thursday's are usually the best day for me to go, clearly wasn't in the cards today.

Now back to the bitching please.

Where you going? I'm heading up around 3, if I see you stuck, I'll help dig you out.

Truck jackknifed in front of me and blocked the highway on 24 out of Leadville today on my way home from Durango. Turned around and hit Freemont, copper, vail pass instead. That slide path that buried the cars yesterday is Re-damn-diculous. Holy huge!

Confirmed. Conflicting info but some people are saying they still have to clear a slide. ETA 11-12
