This is traditionally a very big traffic weekend. XGames in Aspen is a big part of it. Franger Danger is real. Glad I don't have an I70 commute today. Been over to Gypsum thrice this week. Ugh.

Friends of Berthoud Pass is doing their on-snow classes this weekend. The BP summit parking lot will be a shit show. Or, even more of a shit show than normal.
Would recommend using one of the other trailheads this weekend.

I left Colorado for greener pastures and deeper snow in September of 2020. Yesterday was ski day 202 since I moved. 202 days of skiing and no traffic. So glad to have escaped.

With toll lanes, climbing lanes and Snowstang, We’ve totally upgraded the I-70 experience. It’s a breeze now. We even have live bluegrass during the closures - FKNA
