    yea right, this state let some prick with a hundred moving violations in a couple years keep his license. Probably un-insurable but thats more than half of the ct "racer" kids anyways.

    FWIW, there are a couple of lawyers in the Seattle are who do nothing but traffic tickets for around $250 each. I've used one rather extensively (not so much in the last 20 years but a good few before that). Every one was dismissed, and most of the time I didn't even have to show up. So many technical variables available if you know how to find them.
